No data collection
We do not collect any information about you. We do not know who you are, where you are, or how you use the app.
No analytics, no tracking, no user accounts, no servers holding your data.
Your data stays on your device
All session data — including your sauna history, heart rate records, streaks, stats, and preferences — is stored exclusively on your iPhone and, if you have iCloud enabled, in your personal iCloud account.
This data belongs to you. We cannot access it, view it, or delete it.
Apple Health
If you choose to connect Sauna Session to Apple Health, session data such as workout duration, heart rate, and calories may be written to your Apple Health database. This data is stored locally on your device and is governed entirely by Apple's privacy policy. Sauna Session does not read from or write to Apple Health without your explicit permission.
No third parties
We do not use any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or data brokers. No data is shared with anyone because no data leaves your device.
No advertising
Sauna Session contains no advertising. We do not use your data to target ads, and we do not sell your data to any third party.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information. Please refer to Apple's privacy policy for details on how purchase data is handled.
Children
Sauna Session does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected at all, the app is safe for all age groups from a data privacy perspective. Changes to this policy If we ever change our data practices, we will update this policy and note the new date at the top. Any material changes will also be communicated through an app update.
