Power Couple — Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026. Power Couple is operated by Roadtrip Technologies Limited (Dublin, Ireland). This policy explains what we process and why. Because Power Couple is a shared, two-person app, some data is deliberately shared between paired partners.

Data we process

• Account: when you sign in with Apple or Google we store an account identifier and display name to create your profile. We never receive your Apple/Google password.
• Couple & shared content: your Life Dinner answers, shared and personal goals, prep-journal notes, daily-prompt responses, and memories. Content marked shared becomes visible to your paired partner at the appropriate moment (for example, blind-reveal answers become visible only after both partners have submitted).
• Notifications: a push token so we can deliver reminders and reveal alerts.

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process this data to provide the service you asked for (contract) and, where required, with your explicit consent — relationship reflections and intimacy prompts are treated as sensitive personal data and are encrypted at rest.

Sharing

We do not sell your data or use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. Shared content is visible only to you and your paired partner. In-app purchases are processed by Apple; receipts are validated by Roadtrip Technologies solely to confirm your entitlement to Pro features.

Optional AI coaching

AI coaching is strictly opt-in and can be turned off at any time. We disclose when content is processed for coaching and never enable it by default.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from the app or by contacting us. On unpairing, we honour each partner’s deletion request for their own contributions.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and delete it on request or a reasonable period after account closure.
