CycleMood — Privacy Policy

CycleMood is built with privacy as a first principle. There is no account and no login.

Your cycle and mood data

Everything you log (period days, moods, symptoms, notes) is stored only on your iPhone. Roadtrip Technologies does not receive, store or see it. It is never used for advertising or marketing and is never shared with third parties.

Apple Health

If you allow it, CycleMood reads and writes menstrual and mood (State of Mind) data in Apple Health. You choose each data type in the Health permission screen and can revoke it at any time in Settings › Health. Health data never leaves your device through CycleMood and is not stored in iCloud by CycleMood.

Partner sync (optional, CycleMood Pro)

If you turn on partner sync, CycleMood stores a small summary in your own iCloud account and shares it through an iCloud link you send: cycle day, phase, next period and, only if you choose, today's mood and your estimated fertile window. Every field is end-to-end encrypted by CloudKit, so Apple and Roadtrip Technologies cannot read it. Notes, symptoms, temperatures, tests and checkups are never shared. You can stop sharing at any time in You › Partner sync, which deletes the shared summary.

Checkups and reports

Checkup dates, results and the photos or PDFs you attach are stored only on your iPhone.

Purchases

To check whether CycleMood Pro is active, the app sends our server (Roadtrip App Hub) an anonymous random identifier created on install, the app version, and the App Store transaction data Apple provides for your purchase. This contains no name, email, or health information. Payments are processed by Apple.

Analytics and ads

CycleMood shows no ads and includes no advertising or analytics SDK that receives your health data.

Deleting your data

Delete the app to erase everything it stored on your iPhone. Data you saved to Apple Health can be deleted in the Health app.
