Scanhaus
Scanhaus is a room scanner for iPhone Pro. Walk through a home with the LiDAR camera and Scanhaus gives you a measured floor plan with the area of every room, a 3D model with your real photos projected on the walls, and export files you can open anywhere. Everything is processed on the iPhone itself.
What you need
- Scanning needs an iPhone with LiDAR, which means iPhone 12 Pro and later Pro models.
- On any other iPhone you can still open the demo apartment, a complete two level flat with stairs and a balcony, and try the floor plan, the 3D model, the wall editor and every export.
- No account and no login. Open the app and scan.
Scan your first home
- Tap New scan and hold the iPhone up in front of you.
- Walk slowly along the walls with the camera pointed at the surfaces. The live model on screen shows what has already been captured.
- Choose the room type when a room is finished, then tap Add room and walk into the next one. Previous rooms are kept.
- Walk stairs slowly so tracking follows you from one level to the next. Balconies can be scanned outdoors or drawn by hand afterwards.
- Tap Done. Scanhaus processes the scan and gives you the floor plan with the area of every room, the 3D model and the LiDAR photo mesh.
Fix anything the scan got wrong
Open the wall editor to move, resize, draw or delete walls. Doors, windows and the floor follow the wall you changed, and moved walls are textured again. Use the Rooms and levels sheet to correct a room name, a room type or the level a room belongs to. Partitions are measured between adjacent rooms so wall thickness is real, and balcony area is kept separate from the interior area.
Exports
Scanhaus exports to PDF, PNG, DXF, OBJ, USDZ, STL and PLY. Use PDF and PNG to share the plan, DXF for CAD, OBJ, USDZ and STL for 3D work and printing, and PLY for the raw LiDAR photo mesh. Multiple levels are exported as one page per level in PDF, stacked in PNG and side by side in DXF.
Your scans stay private
Scanhaus processes every scan on your iPhone. There is no account, and no scan or photo ever leaves the device. Read the full Scanhaus Privacy Policy.
